Founded by John Peter Natoli over thirty years ago, the firm originally began in Fairfield Heights and later expanded to Drummoyne.

John Natoli, principal of John P. Natoli & Associates established this practice on 1 April 1992. Fifteen years before 1992, John Natoli worked in other accountancy practices as an employee and eventually partner. He graduated from University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics degree in 1977 majoring in Accounting, Taxation and Commercial Law.
John has achieved a professional life in taxation and accounting for over 30 years. Together with his experience and networks with professionals, he has achieved goals that have been very satisfying and fruitful.
John Natoli has been dedicated to this profession with a passion to do the utmost best for clients.

Vince has over 40 years accounting and tax experience and he is a member of Institute of Public Accountants. He is a graduate from the University of Technology’s predecessor, The New South Wales Institute of Technology, majoring in accounting and Granville Technical College. He has extensive experience in many areas of accounting from large corporations to small businesses. For ten years he owned and operated his own tax and accounting practice. He was one of the principles of a pet supply business which was one of the leaders in animal health. He has an excellent understanding of the challenges small to medium businesses face in today’s economic climate from obtaining finance and keeping their tax obligations in check.
Nick has over 30 years experience in accounting and taxation. He initially started to work for large multinational companies such as the Swire Group, Cathay Pacific and for 17 years as Chief Accountant for Japanese Electronic giant, Sharp Corporation. The experience gained gives him a good understanding of the business requirements, strategies and tax planning for all types of businesses. He has experience in company auditing, payroll tax audits and tax office related audits. Nick started with John P Natoli & Associates on a part time basis in 1986 and has been full time since 2002. He has been a Registered Tax Agent since 1994 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Public Accountants and a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Bob is an expert specializing in MYOB Accounting software troubleshooting for clients. He completed Commerce (Accounting Procedures) certificate course at TAFE 1979. He handles MYOB problems and instructing clients the correct procedures to use MYOB products. He also deals with maintaining General Ledger for a number of clients, preparing Tax Returns and BAS reports.
Frank has been employed by John P. Natoli & Associates from its beginning 20 years ago. He has developed a range of experience over this period of time in both taxation and accounting matters. He has a large client base of both non-individual and individual clients spreading across various fields.
Peter has five years of accounting and taxation experience. He is a graduate from the University of Western Sydney, with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is currently completing the CPA program. Peter has experience in many areas of accounting and taxation. He is always expanding his knowledge and experience. Peter also has an Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing.
Sam has a proactive attitude and enthusiasm to qualify. As an accountant he is able to divide time to meet deadlines and manage high volume work. Sam has completed Master of Professional Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Management at Central Queensland University. He is extremely detail oriented and he has strong ability to work in independent situations without supervision. Speaks four languages (English, Russian, Turkish and Uzbek) fluently and currently learning Chinese (Mandarin).
ACCOUNTANT (FAIRFIELD OFFICE)
Robert has over 5 years of experience working as an accountant in the Fairfield Office. He has completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce at University of Western Sydney (Accounting) and plans to start the CPA Program while gaining more experience. He is an independent worker who is always eager to learn.
Accountant (FAIRFIELD OFFICE)
George is looking after certain clients (Companies and Individuals). George currently holds a Bachelor of Accounting, completed a conversion course in Accounting at University of Technology Sydney. George is registered as a Tax Agent and speaks English – Arabic.
Accountant FAIRFIELD OFFICE
Andrijana started with John P Natoli and Associates 3 years ago. She worked as Assistant Accountant in a Medical Practice for 4 years. She is also the treasurer of a Non for Profit Organisation. Since joined our firm Andrijana specializes in SMSF accounts and tax returns. She also has gained experience in Individual, Partnership and Company Accounts .
She has completed Diploma and Advance Diploma of Accounting, currently studying Bachelor of Commerce major in Accounting. She has been an Associate of Institute of Public Accounting for 4 years.
Accountant (DRUMMOYNE OFFICE)
Racha has 3 years of accounting and taxation experience. She has completed Master of Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Accounting.
She is responsible for assisting accounting in preparing company, individual and super fund tax return, lodgement of Business activity statements, Annual reports and PAYG payments summary report.
Jorefhe Johnson, IPA-AFA
ACCOUNTANT/ADMINISTRATOR (MAIN OFFICE)
Jo has completed Bachelor of Accounting and Advanced Diploma in Business Management and is a
member of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).She is expanding her knowledge and experience in
the areas of accounting and taxation under the direction of a senior accountant.
She attends to all administrative matters including HR issues, Payroll, Debtors, Creditors, writing off procedures as well as ASIC matters, company incorporations, trusts, self managed superfund
establishment, and various special projects that come across her desk.
You will find Jo to be very helpful and always more than happy to deal with your queries.
Pretcel Tampus Chambers, IPA- AFA
Pretz has completed Bachelor of Accounting and she is a member of Institute of Public Accountants
and Associate of the Institute of Financial Accountants.
She is responsible for assisting accountants in preparing tax documents for completion and
lodgement of individual and companies tax returns, Business Activity Statements, Taxable Payments, Annual Reports and PAYG Payment Summary Report ensuring effective and efficient accounting and
She is assisting with the management client’s portfolio and act as point of contact for enquiries.She provides support to the Payroll Manager when peaks of work require and work flexibly with
general administration duties.
Marco has completed Bachelor of Commerce at Macquarie University. He assists accountants in processing financial information, preparation of individual income tax returns and other business structures’ financial statements.
ADMINISTRATOR FAIRFIELD OFFICE
Wendy is the Administrator of our Fairfield office. She looks after Debtors, writing off procedures, company secretarial requirements as well as assisting the accountants. She has a strong commitment to ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Sandy Belle Allecer
Sandy has completed her Bachelor of Accounting and Advanced Diploma of Business. She is highly organised, efficient and flexible to take on a variety of tasks from resort and sorting mail deliveries, managing all phone calls, arranging appointments, lodging of tax returns and will be the first point of contact for all clients.
RECEPTIONIST FAIRFIELD OFFICE
Lynne has been with the company for 6 years. She provides administrative and secretarial support to the accountants, assists in meeting & greeting of clients, arrangement of appointments, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, lodgment of tax returns and general duties within the firm.
